Our Rectangular Slate Serving Board is a piece of natural black slate with a subtly varied, tactile surface that makes cheese, fruit, bread and charcuterie look wonderfully vivid against its dark ground. The slate stays naturally cool, and you can write on it with chalk to label what you are serving, which always goes down well with guests.
Styling Tip from Chris & Helen:
We love it on a dining table for a relaxed cheese course, with a few labels chalked on and a sprig of rosemary tucked in. Pair it with the Rectangular Marble Serving Board for a light-and-dark pairing, and add slate coasters and acacia pieces for a layered, natural tabletop.
