Shipping policy

We ship across the UK — mainland and Northern Ireland — with most orders arriving within 2–5 working days.

FREE DELIVERY
- UK mainland (England, Scotland, Wales): free delivery on orders over £60
- Northern Ireland: free delivery on orders over £85

DELIVERY RATES
For orders under the free-delivery threshold, rates are calculated by parcel weight at checkout. All prices include VAT.

UK Mainland (England, Scotland, Wales)
- Up to 10 kg — £8.99
- 10–20 kg — £11.99
- 20–40 kg — £17.99
- Over 40 kg — £29.99

Northern Ireland
- Up to 10 kg — £12.99
- 10–20 kg — £15.99
- 20–40 kg — £20.99
- Over 40 kg — £29.99

Northern Ireland deliveries carry a small regional surcharge from our courier partners. We pass this on at cost, with no markup.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only — including Northern Ireland. We don't yet offer delivery to the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, or internationally. We're working on it.

DISPATCH TIMES
Most orders dispatch within 1–2 working days. Larger items may take a little longer. If anything is delayed, we'll always email you.

TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
For damaged, incorrect or missing items, email hello@maisondelicious.com as soon as you notice the issue, with order details and a description; photos help if available. This does not limit your statutory rights.
