Each arrangement is designed by Chris & Helen around one particular vase, with the stems chosen to suit its shape and height. Questions about our arrangements
Are these artificial flowers?
Yes. Every stem is an artificial flower or piece of foliage, made from fabric, plastic and wire to look like the real thing. We call them faux; it means the same.
Do they need water?
No. They need no water, soil or sunlight. Keep them indoors and out of direct sun to protect the colour.
How do I clean them?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth to lift any dust, and keep them dry.
How long do they last?
With gentle care and out of direct sunlight, they keep their shape and colour for years, so the same arrangement can come out season after season.

Do the arrangements arrive assembled?
Each piece arrives individually packed so nothing is crushed in transit. The stems are wired, so you shape them and place them using our photographs as a guide; it takes a few minutes. If it doesn't look right, our restyle promise means we'll help you put it right.
Will they look real?
We choose stems for convincing colour, texture and leaf detail, and pair them with stone, ceramic and glazed vases that make faux flowers read as real. Our guide, seven rules for making faux flowers look real, explains how.
How do I look after them?
No water and no trimming. Dust them every couple of weeks with a hairdryer on its coolest setting, and keep them out of strong direct sunlight to protect the colours.
Are they safe in a home with pets?
There's no pollen, sap or vase water, so none of the risks that real lilies pose to cats. Keep any arrangement out of reach of a pet that likes to chew. Read our pet-safe flowers guide.
