Christmas arrangements: your questions

Arrangement or bouquet?

Our arrangements include the vase. Bouquets are the stems only, for a vase you already have. Both are chosen and paired by Chris & Helen, and every piece arrives individually packed, ready for you to arrange at home using our photographs as a guide.

When should I order for Christmas?

Order by Tuesday 15 December for delivery before Christmas. Most orders dispatch within 1–2 working days with tracked delivery. See Christmas delivery dates.

Can I use them again next year?

Yes, that's the point. Pack the stems loosely in their original boxes in January, somewhere cool and dry, and they'll be ready to use again next November.

Are they safe with cats and dogs?

Real holly, mistletoe and lilies can all upset pets, and lilies are dangerous to cats. Our faux arrangements contain no living plants, sap or pollen. They are decorations, not toys, though: berries, pinecones and other small parts can come loose if chewed, so keep them out of reach of pets that like to nibble. Our pet-safe flowers guide explains more.

Do the candle centrepieces use real flames?

Where a set includes a candle, it is a stone-effect LED candle, so it's safe beside greenery. Batteries aren't included. If you use our candle wreaths with your own candles, choose LED or keep real flames well clear of the foliage.

Which size should I choose?

For a bedside or bathroom shelf, the Monte Mini. For a sideboard or kitchen table, something around 85–95cm tall, like the Monte Winter White. For a hallway or wide mantel, go for 100cm or more, like the Darcy Antique White.
