Table centrepiece questions

How tall should a table centrepiece be?

Keep it below about 30cm so guests can see each other, or go tall and narrow so people look past it. Our centrepiece guide covers proportions in more detail.

Are candles safe beside faux greenery?

We use LED candles in our centrepieces for exactly this reason. They look convincing in the evening and many have timers.

What about a long table?

Use one centrepiece in the middle and two smaller pieces towards the ends, leaving room for serving dishes.
