Our arrangements arrive with every piece individually packed, and we know that shaping stems for the first time can feel like guesswork. So here is our promise: if your arrangement, bouquet or flower tree doesn't look right in your home, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will help you put it right, free.
How it works
- Take a photo of your arrangement where it stands, in daylight if you can.
- Email it to hello@maisondelicious.com with your order number.
- Within two working days, Chris or Helen will reply with specific suggestions: which stems to bend, lift or move, and whether a different spot in the room would suit it better.
- If it still isn't right, we'll talk you through swapping or adding a stem so that it is.
Why we do this
Every arrangement we sell is paired by us so the vase and stems work together. Faux stems are wired so they can be shaped, and a few small adjustments make the difference between "nice" and "is that real?". We would much rather help you get there than have an arrangement sit in a corner looking not quite right.
If it's still not right after we've restyled it together, you can return it for a refund within your 14-day cancellation period. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
This promise sits alongside your normal right to return items under our returns policy; it doesn't replace it.
