These terms govern your use of maisondelicious.com (the "Site") and any orders you place with us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Maison Delicious is a trading name operated by Helen Thompson, based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@maisondelicious.com.

2. Orders & contracts

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We'll send an order confirmation by email — that's an acknowledgement, not acceptance. The contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. Until then we may decline an order at our discretion (e.g. if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or the order is suspected to be fraudulent), and we'll refund any payment in full.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. International customers may be charged import duties or taxes on arrival — these are your responsibility. We accept payment by all major debit and credit cards via Shopify Payments, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna where eligible.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. See our Shipping policy for full details. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we've received cleared payment.

5. Returns & cancellation

You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, plus the additional return rights set out in our Returns policy.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, our liability for any single order is capped at the price you paid for the goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, photography, logos, design — is owned by Maison Delicious or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes will be heard in the English courts, save that consumers in other jurisdictions retain the protections of their local law.
