Returns

We want you to love what arrives. If something is not right, we will do what we can to put it right — clearly and without fuss.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Please contact us at hello@maisondelicious.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with a brief description and a photograph if possible. We will arrange a full refund or replacement, and we will cover the cost of any return shipping. You should not be out of pocket because of a fulfilment error.

Change of mind

We understand that things sometimes look different at home than they did on a screen. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receipt to let us know. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping in this case is at the customer's cost, and we will issue your refund once the item has been received and checked.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@maisondelicious.com with your order number and a brief note about your reason for returning. We will reply within two working days with instructions. Please do not send anything back without hearing from us first, as returns go to different addresses depending on the supplier.

Items we can't refund

A small number of our products are made to order or personalised — these are clearly marked on the product page and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we have confirmed receipt of the return, please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
