Shipping
We ship across the UK (mainland and Northern Ireland) using our trusted trade partners. All our pieces are dispatched directly from the supplier — most orders are with you within 2–5 working days.
Delivery rates
Rates are calculated by parcel weight at checkout. All prices include VAT.
UK Mainland (England, Scotland, Wales)
- Up to 10 kg — £8.95
- 10–20 kg — £12.95
- 20–40 kg — £18.95
- Over 40 kg — £30.95
Northern Ireland
- Up to 10 kg — £20.95
- 10–20 kg — £24.95
- 20–40 kg — £30.95
- Over 40 kg — £42.95
Northern Ireland delivery is more expensive because our partner couriers add a regional surcharge. We pass the supplier rate on at cost, with no markup.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only — including Northern Ireland. We don't yet offer delivery to the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, or internationally. We're working on it.
Dispatch times
Most orders dispatch within 1–2 working days. Larger items may take a little longer. If anything is delayed, we'll always email you.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Damaged or missing items
Please email hello@maisondelicious.com within 48 hours of receipt with a photo and we'll sort it for you straight away.
